Structural features

★ The machine tool is a three-axis (x-axis is grinding wheel frame cross feeding, z-axis is worktable longitudinal movement, B axis is indexing rotation of grinding wheel frame base) two linkage CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine. The CNC system adopts international or domestic well-known brands. It has the functions of automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding, fine grinding, dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, automatic rotation of grinding wheel frame, etc. with optional automatic measuring instrument, it can realize the full closed loop of grinding cycle function.
★ The automatic rotation B axis of the grinding wheel frame is driven by torque motor, the grinding wheel spindle adopts sleeve type or dynamic and static pressure spindle, the grinding wheel frame guide rail adopts steel guide rail, the worktable guide rail adopts Flat-V plastic lubrication guide rail, and the servo motor is used to drive the feed mechanism and the worktabke to move through ball screw.
★ The main body of the machine tool is cast by cast iron, with a fully enclosed protective cover, a backpack type electrical cabinet in the rear and a rotary operation screen in the front.
